SwaG! is a nakedly honest radio program. Some radio stations gussy-up their scrawny and pale programming with slickly-produced advertisements and announcements by “radio professionals” who often aren’t even in the studio. News, sports, weather, banter, public service announcements, promos, billboards... when all of this is stripped away, we see how tiny and pathetic their flaccid music “format” is.
Bat Guano delivers the plump and throbbing fruits of his and WIDR’s music collections right to your ear holes every Wednesday night, unencumbered by the binding, stifling and restricting clothing of “commercial radio.”
SwaG! is free and easy radio, kissed by the sun and caressed by warm breezes. Take off your pants and join us.
Here we have the SwaG! programs of March 25, 2009, and April 1, 2009. (We regret that the latter is missing a chunk of the beginning due to an unfortunate computer malfunction. But it does have a 27-minute lecture by Brother Theodore during Green Slime:
We hope you find it illuminating.)
